” We started to experience problems with our boiler shortly before Christmas, but as Christmas and the holidays were approaching, we were hopeful it would see us through to the New Year. Thankfully it did but I knew it was only a matter of time before it packed up completely, so I invited Mark to provide a quotation for a replacement.
The boiler was small and compact and was fitted into a kitchen wall unit, so we needed a like for like boiler to prevent having to disrupt the kitchen.
Mark soon got on the case and wasted no time coming to the house to take sufficient details, enabling him to price up the work.
Marks quotation was sent very quickly, he even followed up with text messages and phone calls to keep me updated. Mark knew he was up against another company, so gave me his best price. I no sooner received his quotation, when the boiler packed up completely! This now meant that the replacement boiler had to be sourced very quickly. Delivery of the new boiler was supposed to take 10 working days but Mark put his suppliers to the test and they were able to get it in 24 hours! It arrived on a Friday afternoon and Mark put all his plans on hold so he could install the new boiler over the weekend.
Being early January, it was very cold and being concerned that we have children, Mark kindly offered the use of his portable heaters. The work area was kept tidy and any disruption was kept to a minimum and by the end of two long days over the weekend, the new boiler was installed and working.
